Omelet and Waffle was recommended by our dear friends who reside near the area. There are literally 100s of options on the menu. After reviewing the menu, I settled on the chicken and waffles. She ordered the corn beef hash, eggs, and sausage. We both had juice to chase the meal down. Food came pretty quickly. Waffles were perfect. They had some edges with that soft interior, like momma cook 'em. Chicken was battered. It's okay, but I prefer them fried southern style (i.e., no batter), I don't appreciate the excess. Oh, and they served natural eggs, not that powder stuff. The corn beef hash had to be sent back to cook a little longer. They needed that crust too, steamed just ain't right. Southern style, please. Ambiance was what was expected. The place looked like a whole in the wall on the corner with limited parking. The locals seemed to enjoy it. There were others who were preparing for their cruise who also dined. People were cool. The service was great. Our waitress treated us like family and was always available to help resolve our needs. She asked the cooks to refresh the hash to make it better for us. All in all, I would return when the peeps become available to try other menu items. We enjoyed our trip. They have pumpkin waffles and breakfast is serve till closing time which is 2-3-pm. Amazing service -5s if you ask for an egg and veggies they happily say yes. Omg so far I just order and I am Happy, no if or but, and definitely I did not get a "No sorry I can't modify." The food was superbly delicious, I can't wait for next weekend to come a d have pumpkin waffles

Before I boarded my seven day cruise along the California coast, my family and I found a hidden gem in San Pedro.

The owner was kind enough to seat us quickly and our server(s) were very attentive and friendly.
Our breakfast food arrived quickly and  was very tasty.  
If you are ever in the San Pedro area and looking for amazing service and food, this is your place.

Great food and an excellent friendly staff. Such a nice local SanPedro diner. The bacon and cheese waffle is my husbands favorite

Food was great..It does tend to get pack so you have to be be able to wait..but from there on the service was awesome ..I will be back for some delicious breakfast

I sat at the counter today, never done before by me so i saw everything that was going on. Rachel was my server and she is so sweet. It was very busy today and somehow Rachel was on top of everything. Seems like she works very well under pressure and i enjoy my service every single time i go. She is a very good worker. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back soon.

Food was delicious tried it once and will be coming back. Restaurant is very homey looks like everyone knows everyone. The owner I believe and her servers always attentive making sure her guest were served. I loved the patio idea didn't get a chance to try it out because I myself was at work in working hours as well.
